Frequently asked questions
Can I apply for the Beckham Law with a digital nomad visa?
Yes. Since the Startups Law, remote workers relocating to Spain with a digital nomad visa can opt into the regime if they meet the other requirements.
How long do I have to apply?
Six months from registering with Social Security. We recommend starting the assessment before you arrive in Spain so you do not miss the deadline.
Is it always worth it?
Not always. It depends on your income, your foreign income and your family situation. That is why we run a tax simulation before filing anything.
How much does the service cost?
We work with fixed fees that we confirm after the initial assessment, depending on the complexity of your case.
