Labor Roots: Your Effort Deserves Recognition

Your Work is Your Guarantee

You have worked hard in Spain, contributing to society and demonstrating your commitment, but your legal situation does not reflect that effort. Living with the uncertainty of not having papers, despite having been employed, is a heavy burden. We understand that your work is more than a livelihood; it is your dignity.

"Work dignifies, and your legal status should reflect that dignity. We turn your employment history into your key to residency."

The Opportunity to Regularize Your Status

The Labor Roots procedure is the pathway designed for those who have remained in Spain for at least two years and can demonstrate an employment relationship of at least six months. It is the legal recognition of your stay and work activity, allowing you to step out of the shadows and obtain a valid residence and work authorization.

We Transform Your Story into Rights

At Legal & Cloud, we value your trajectory. Our expert team guides you to document your situation:

  2. Legal Strategy: We prepare a robust case file that meets the strict criteria of the administration.
  3. Defense of Your Interests: We represent you before the immigration offices to ensure your application is processed fairly.

The Destination: Stability and Future

Imagine working with full rights, contributing to Social Security, and planning your future without fear. Labor Roots is the definitive step toward that stability you have earned through your effort.
