Asylum and International Protection: Your Right to Live Safely

When Fleeing is the Only Option

No one leaves their home, their family, and their history on a whim. If you have had to flee your country for fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, political opinions, or membership in a social group, or if your life is in danger due to conflict, we know your priority is safety. You are seeking refuge, a place to breathe freely again without fear.

"Safety is not a privilege, it is a human right. We fight to make Spain your safe harbor."

A Legal Refuge

Asylum and International Protection are legal mechanisms that Spain and the European Union offer to those who cannot return to their country of origin. Requesting asylum allows you to remain legally in Spain while your case is reviewed, and if granted, it provides you with lasting protection and full rights.

Committed Defense

At Legal & Cloud, we handle your case with the utmost sensitivity and legal rigor:

  1. Interview Preparation: We thoroughly prepare you for the asylum interview, helping you structure your account clearly and coherently.
  2. Evidence Gathering: We assist you in searching for and presenting evidence that supports your story of persecution.
  3. Legal Appeals: If your application is denied, we do not give up. We file the necessary appeals before the National Court to defend your right.

The Destination: A Life Without Fear

Asylum returns to you something you should never have lost: peace. It allows you to rebuild your life, work, and live with the certainty that you are protected by law.
