📋 Requirements
For the Worker:
- Having obtained a higher education degree within the previous 2 years (or 5 years if a person with disabilities)
- Valid degrees: Bachelor's degree, Master's, Doctorate, Vocational Training intermediate/advanced level, higher artistic/sports education
- Not having been hired for an internship at the same company for the same degree for the maximum time allowed
- No criminal record
For the Contract:
- Job position appropriate to the level of studies
- Duration: minimum 6 months, maximum 1 year
- Full-time or part-time
- Salary according to collective agreement (never below the SMI)
- Must include an individual training plan
For the Company:
- Be registered and up to date with Social Security and Tax Authorities
- Guarantee continuous training
📄 Required Documentation
General Documents:
- Official application form model (EX-04)
- Copy of complete passport
- Academic degree or certification of having obtained it
- Criminal record certificate (if residing outside Spain)
Company Documents:
- Signed employment contract, with internship clause
- Detailed training plan:
- Training objectives
- Assigned tutor
- Tasks to be performed
- Company NIF (Tax ID) and articles of incorporation
- Proof of financial means
- Certificates of being up to date with payments (SS and AEAT)
Important:
- The application is submitted by the company (or the worker if they already have a job search permit)
- Resolution period: 30 days
- Administrative silence: Positive (deemed granted)
