- Submission extends the validity of the previous authorization until resolution.

- Employed: Having worked a minimum of 6 months/year (or 3 months under certain conditions), or having a new contract, or being unemployed with benefits.
- Self-Employed: Maintaining the economic activity and being up to date with Tax Agency and Social Security payments.
- Non-Lucrative: Maintaining sufficient financial means and private medical insurance.
- Family Reunification: Maintaining the relationship and the financial means of the sponsor.
- Roots: Modifying to initial residence and work authorization (if applicable).
Other Requirements:
- No criminal record.
- Having enrolled dependent minors in school (mandatory).
- Payment of the renewal fee.
